I won't be going back there. My nightmare started when they asked for money up front even though I have insurance. Rose told me that I should have expected this because it's common..no it's not Rose. That's what I have a copay for and you not having a cash flow is not my business. They weren't going to tell me this until the day before my appointment. This is our third pregnancy and have been going to Maternal since the start. I usually don’t write reviews but for those coming, reading these poor reviews can cause some anxiety. I’ve never had a poor experience. Each experience has been wonderful. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. Is far from crabby or rude. Both the ultrasound tech and lady who drew my blood were more extremely friendly and compassionate.
