Had an overall great experience with all staff members. They were welcoming and extra friendly the moment I walked in. The reason for one star is that we asked the ultrasound tech to not tell us baby's sex (we wanted a surprise); she still had it up on the screen and labeled when she told us we could open our eyes/ look back at the screen again. I have visited MFM several times between 2 pregnancies. Debbie at the front desk is the sweetest human being.I love seeing her face everytime I come in. Dawn is a very special lady! I love her sense of humor and her way of just making you feel relaxed and like you are her top and only focus during your ultrasound. I have no clue what I'm looking at on the screen and she is so detailed to make sure I understand all views of my growing nugget! Cannot recommend her enough!
Tara is great at what she does and explains everything so that I could understand. She takes her time to show me how to apply any medication prescribed such as insulin. Dawn is such a sweet lady. Dawn performs the ultrasound and she makes it feel home for me and my family. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. Thank you all for your hard work.
The best sonographer hands down in Western Washington is Phil!! He actually cares about you, and it shows from 1st visit beyond into post delivery: taking his time to educate very individualized to you & your situation. He clearly cares deeply for ALL babies, no matter the health concerns that may exist or nontraditional backgrounds as well as show you much about your insides you could not have known. :) PHIL IS AN EXCEPTIONAL SONOGRAPHER & HUMAN BEING!!!
