Dr Holcomb took his time going over all testing, next steps, care plan. Nurse was very helpful, called after hours to remind me of something I need to follow up on. Overall great experience.

Almost impossible to book an appointment. No live person ever answers the phone. Left messages 3 times in one week trying to just book an appointment and no one ever responded. Horrible service and turnaround. When I finally did get booked it was over an hour and a half late to get back in the room. The in house staff was very nice but overall not a great experience. They seem to not have enough staff to support their clients.
Hi, I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been seeing this Doctor and nurses in this medical suite for ab about 6 weeks. I have to say that I completely love this office and the nurse Barb is just the sweetest. She is always accommodating. The nurse Tony who is my consult for my gestational diabetes is always on top of things (from what I see) and has never once been cross with me. Dr. William Holcomb's office was easily the worst overall experiences either my wife or I have ever had at a doctors office. To start, the office hasn't been updated at least since the early 90's and feels really dirty. The nurse that works there is completely incompetent and will move you back and forth from room to room, then back to the waiting room multiple times because they have no idea what's going on.
