The lady by the front desk- Katherine is very unprofessional, very rude, came for my first ultrasound appointment here, will be switching not coming here at all again or won’t recommend. She stated she left me a voice message and when I checked I only received one missed call and I also called them back 3 times and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me 3 times. Bad professional service and behavior towards first timers.

Great place & over all good staff. However, I am giving a one star because of the unprofessionalism of one of their recepcionist (Katherine) she was very rude and not welcoming at all!! She's the one who answers the phone and is the first face you see, you would expect better customer service especially when you are paying for the service. Unfortunately she gives the department a bad look and it's unfair to the rest specially in a place that isn't cheap and you spend a LOT OF MONEY!!!!

Secretary rudely hung up the phone on me while I was asking her questions. Then when I called back, her and her friends refused to give me her name, kept me on hold and transferred me another area. I was eventually told her name was Kathleen Rodriguez. I’m sure this isn’t their first time.
