My daughter was born with a congenital condition that is typically not seen prenatally. Dr. Jacob’s correctly suspected it at my 24 week ultrasound. She then walked us through a very emotional pregnancy. Even after I had to transfer providers due to the condition - she made herself available to talk to me and guide me through things. I am forever grateful for her. She is incredibly kind, professional and very, very knowledgeable. If you find yourself needing a MFM doctor - she is the one.
I had an absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Jacobs was knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She made me feel heard, reassured, and truly cared for at every visit. I’m so grateful to have been in such capable hands—highly recommend.
Went here for my 20 week anatomy scan and will be going back for a fetal echo at approx 24 weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful. They got us into a room right away so we weren't waiting in the lobby! Each step of the way they were there to guide us through the process. The building itself was a challenge to navigate but we parked in the ramp and it was nice that they were all interconnected. There were staff at checkpoints between buildings who could have helped if we had gotten super turned around.
Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are amazing and selfless and caring and understanding and deeply competent. I wouldn’t care how far away from this place we lived, we’d never go anywhere else to seek support.
I was referred to Dr Jacobs for my 20 week ultrasound due to chronic hypertension and preterm labor in previous pregnancies. Additionally I am 43 so my age has me highly watched. She was so calm and so compassionate never making me feel anything but comfortable.
