Too much negative content to share regarding the services I witnessed given to my teenage daughter during and after her prenatal care. I guess no one examines you for your 6 week check up anymore. I found that strange. How do they know if everything is ok? Questions weren't answered by a specific nurse and we got her every time. The nurses were absolute angels (shout out to Taylor and Maggie), checking in regularly and offering the perfect balance of encouragement and comfort. My doctor(s) were incredible—thorough, patient, and made sure I understood everything happening. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and every decision was made with my well-being and my baby’s in mind. Is there anyone answering the phones to reschedule appointments ? I called yesterday and just again now. Trying to make sure my margins are clear and was supposed to happen last month but couldn’t make it. Please call back asap? Will cross fingers if I get a call back since I’m not available most days between 11am and 3pm. It’s 10:30 right now
I was referred to come here because supposedly they have advance technology and their techs are supposedly the best. I have been going since I was 20 weeks (I am now currently 35 weeks). They have not once been able to see my baby's whole heart (or take the photos needed). Now they are pushing for a fetal echocardiogram. Which will be just ANOTHER ultrasound focusing on the heart - which they can't get right. I asked if there was a concern with baby's heart and they tell me no, but turn around and are ordering this.
