They keep you waiting for ever even if you show up on time. And it is very weird they ask you for your complete social otherwise they don’t even schedule your apportionment. Never had a providers office ask me for my social. Not sure if they are better providers in the area. Also, they never review your bloodwork with you. Review of Dr. Moustafa Hassan I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience with Dr. Moustafa Hassan. During a recent visit, I expressed my preference to continue care with my usual doctor, Dr. Elkhousy. Dr. Hassan reacted in a surprisingly disrespectful and aggressive manner, claiming to be "their boss" and dismissing my choice of physician in what felt like a jealous and controlling way. The sonographers and Dr. Hassan were always great to work with. I felt very well informed and taken care of during my pregnancy. The only complaint I have (like others), is the front desk. They are not particularly friendly or pleasant to interact with, but if I am once again in need of an MFM, I would return.
I’ve read on here that the front desk staff aren’t friendly. It’s been my experience that this true also. They do not seem happy in their jobs and it shows. Their treatment of patients falls a thread short of appalling.
