Well I had a great experience with the team at whichever location .Dr Elkousy was excellent and ensured that my daughter is here today. I respect him especially for the care , dedication and every effort to manage my pregnancy. I will forever thankful. The nurses that cared for me at the time were wonderful and treated me with respect! have to give 5 stars
My experience with both sonogram technician and Dr. Jesse was extremely disappointing. Both displayed a complete lack of bedside manner. I was particularly shocked by Dr. Jesse, who entered the room without introducing himself or asking any questions about my medical history or concerns. He immediately focused on reviewing the images, ignoring my presence and questions.
