Very unprofessional place and unprofessional staff from Samantha the receptionist to the female who called me into the room. This office offers promotions for digital ultrasound images and can’t even have a decent working system for patients to receive what we have paid for. The office charges for images that are uploaded to their site when I’ve gone to another location they have never charged me for anything. Fui por primera vez y tuve una excelente atención tanto por la técnica de ultrasonido Ericka muy amable y también después pasé con el especialista para decirme los resultados y un excelente doctor muy sereno y centrado y sabe buscar las palabras adecuadas para explicar los resultados. En lo personal mi caso es delicado y agradezco mucho su manera de transmitir los resultados
Wait times are long, staff doesn't explain much if they ask you to go back to waiting room after an ultrasound unless you ask. The email says not to bring children under 10 but clients still bring them along with the one visitor. Waiting room gets full fairly quickly as they seem to overbook. Whenever I call the office between 9-11 am there's no answer, just an answering machine saying the office it's closed when they're open Monday-Friday. Front desk and techs are nice though. I have been a patient here for a few months and initially had some reservations based on online reviews, but my experience has been quite positive. The staff are friendly and engaging. However, I do find it inconvenient that ultrasound pictures are not included in the cost of my visits, and I have occasionally had appointments scheduled without sufficient notification. Overall, my check-ups have been satisfactory.
