I was lucky enough to attend a day stay with the incredible Dr Hart (GP and LC), Andrea (sleep and settling), Carmen (remedial massage), Ayaka (baby massage class) and Hannah (RN mother’s helper). The care on the day in such a lovely setting was a fantastic experience, thank you MIWM!
What a special service, with caring and knowledgeable doctors, a calming waiting area (with baby bouncers!) and welcoming reception staff. I saw Dr Amy after a MCHN appointment left me lacking confidence and feeling worried about a few things with my baby including how she was feeding. Incredible, amazing, spectacular. The gestational diabetes test was so amazing I would repeat the experience over and over...and that is definitely saying something. I arrived to a beautiful calm reception area, was quickly seen by the pathology nurse aka the wizard that drew blood so painlessly that I barely noticed. My glucose drink was dressed up so nicely it looked like a resort cocktail. Whilst sipping my glucose drink, I relaxed on a comfortable day bed with pillows and blankets. I had a wonderful Day Stay with Amber and the whole team with my little 19 day old baby. Everyone was so professional and warm, we felt so supported and encouraged. I felt like I was in the very best hands and the massage was excellent! Would recommend far and wide to any new parents looking for support and expert knowledge, will for sure return!
Exceptional service for the gtt test, everything is so well thought out, staff are all super friendly doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and comforting. So happy my obstetrician referred me.
