Dr. Ghareeb is spectacular in their role here. I appreciate their ability to let a patient know how important something is without it feeling judgemental. Knowledgeable, empathetic, witty, and you can tell Ghareeb really knows what they are doing. I had an extremely high risk pregnancy and I made it through with the help of Montlake's MFM team. I won't be having any more children, but if I did I would definitely return back here. Shoutout to Dr. Ghareeb and assistant Rhea. I will never forget you two!

The doctors and nurses are awesome. So skilled and knowledgeable. The receptionists though...The first time I went in for care I could hear the night front desk workers gossiping about the patients.

They somehow lost my referral after confirming they received it, delaying my procedure. The first time I went in for care I could hear the night front desk workers gossiping about the patients.
I would caution any expecting mother considering giving birth at the UW. Despite their marketing efforts, the UW is providing a much lower standard of care than it did a decade or two ago. They push unnecessary c sections and use scare tactics to get expecting mothers to consent to surgery and treatment. During my first pregnancy, they scared us into signing a consent for a c section 2 months prior to delivering, stating he was large and could be born with cognition deficiencies.
