Ordered a lot of Wide Span racking from Tennsco. Order was delayed by Material Handling Solutions on being placed and took longer than originally quoted. Order shipped incomplete and had multiple deliveries to receive the items ordered. There were some missing components to a sloping shelf and I reached out to Daniel multiple times to resolve and received fragmented responses and little to no help. I purchased, reviewed the total in the cart and paid. Then a day later they hit my card for over $350.00 more for shipping cost that was not in the original agreed price. I canceled my order because of the freight cost, they added after the sale and now they want to charge me $200.00 for a restocking fee.
