Wow all the staff in Day Procedure oh so friendly and made you feel relaxed. Dr Whatmore, Dr Justin Booysie, Dan, all the nurses fantastic. The wait was long but the staff made it go by easily. The waiting room could have been better, not many seats in the hallway. Emily was the tops, so friendly and she relaxed me. Emily is a keeper. I had knee surgery last week and spent 3 nights in hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who looked after me. Nurses are happy, very supportive and caring. Cleaners every day, hospitality staff happy and friendly. Surgical staff, and admin were all very friendly and made my stay very pleasant. Some Nurses I can remember areClaire, Ashly, Julie-Anne, Wendy, Kate, Bec, Eve & Rihanna wonderful, caring and happy to let me chat too much 😊. On 12th August 25 went into Bundaberg Mater Hospital Day Surgery for Belly button Hernia . From going thru the door being greeted by wonderful staff and meeting my Surgeon Dr H Kotakadeniya, Dr Huw John and his theatre team who all did amazing work really made me feel comfortable for what was ahead.
