So appreciative towards the midwives, surgical team, doctors and nurses! Despite my scary experience of an emergency C-Section for a prolapsed cord whilst my waters were being broken, the team were swift, calm and professional on getting everything under control. Although I am terrible with remembering names, I am so thankful for each and every one of you as I had cried tears of joy as I woke up to the sight of my beautiful baby girl. Definitely would attend Mater Women’s Hospital again! Amazing staff!

My Mum has been admitted for the last 3 weeks, all the staffs, nurses, doctors and orderly have been carrying out their best from their heart! Thank you all on behalf of my Mother, Mrs My HUYNH.

This review is for the reception staff at the PAC Mater. Unfortunately they are very rude, lack empathy and basic customer service skills. The actual medical team are lovely, but it’s hard to walk into a place and be welcomed by miserable customer service team and that not let this ruin the overall experience.

The medical team here are wonderful. Highly competent, compassionate and non-judgmental. I'm glad to have delivered my baby here. I had a postnatal medical issue and was able to seek treatment at the 24 hour assessment centre and again recieved a wonderful standard of care.

Absolutely love the Mater mother's. I've had both my boys here and couldn't be happier with the service and care provided for myself and my babies. Will always come back to mater mother's.
