I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at the reception desk on Level 5. The staff member, ""Leanne"", was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I approached. So grateful I was able to experience the care and professionalism from the whole mater team. I was diagnosed with prenatal depression and refereed to mater team and received life changing care. Delivered our beautiful baby girl. Thank you.

Hi. I paid out my pocket 430 AUD, for waiting almost 4 hours night to be assist because of bleeding spoting, at the end the midwife came and I asked me the same questions as recepcionist did at the entrance. After that, the solution was I have to come back next day for the ulltrasound and pay the same amount of money. I am very dissapointed
