I would like to express my appreciation of all of the staff who assisted myself during my procedure on Friday 31/07/2026. From the pre-procedure phone calls to the follow up phone calls, everything was amazing. Dr Vigh has helped me immensely in discovering & managing my treatment, a true professional & I can’t recommend her enough. The reception team are always exceptional in delivering high quality service across the board too & it makes all the difference.
Dr Sylvia Vigh was very lovely & I felt very confident with her doing the recent procedure at the Mater Springfield Central. Everything explain prior and after procedure.
Honestly so disappointed. I have been referred to Mater Hill Gastro and have had several phone calls with receptionist, Emma who has made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe hang the phone up firstly before calling someone stupid. I will be going elsewhere.
