Every time I have had to come to the Emergency department at the Mater, they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and understand! I will gladly pay any fee if I am continued to be treated with respect like they always have. Thank you to all the hospital staff!
My partner went into this hospital and got body lice from an unclean sheet going in to the scanning machine now I have exactly the same not very professional
Doctor great, nurses OK, radiographer 1 on day one OK but busy so long wait. Next day, radiographer 2 did not change cover on bed - however scan was quick and efficient. The radiologist seemed to be on holidays - because no reports came back quickly - either day. I walked out the first day after many hours, went back the next and required a second scan. But HAPPY DAYS went home with body lice. Never had those before in a very long life spent travelling all sorts of places, but now the whole house is infested with them. Serio... read more
Been a few years since they miss diagnosed my daughter, sent her home and she ended up at TUH ED where she was actuallylooked at and treated. No investigation was done by the Mater, im still trying to this day to get a response to this incident but "nobody conveniently knows anything" im at the point wjere I am now seeing a solicitor to get answers.
