Multiple instances have highlighted alarming behaviour from certain senior nursing staff and front desk personnel, ranging from emotional neglect and lack of empathy to outright verbal intimidation. 🟡ATTENTION MANAGEMENT, QLD HEALTH, OTHER IMPORTANT AGENCIES & UNSUSPECTING VICTIMS (PATIENTS)! With some Terribly Belittling, Mentally Abusive & Power Tripping team leading Nurses working here, this place won’t last for too long. They’d need to step up in Respect to Human Rights & for their customers (Patients). Especially, never go here on the Weekends, unless you want to be Treated less than a Human being with Emotions. We live on Magnetic Island, and being a Sunday, no doctors on duty and we had a bit of an emergency. Jumped on the ferry and headed to them. What a great facility. Doctor was great, nurses great. Very reassuring to have such a high calibre service in Townsville. I recommend without hesitation
