I recently attended Mater Emergency for treatment of an infection. Every staff member was very friendly and caring and the doctors were very knowledgeable. I had iv antibiotics over 3 days to treat my infection. I was impressed by the high level of care I received and I highly recommend this E.D if you need Trent medical care.
My wife went to Mater Emergency Department. • Reception Staff were easy to friendly and accommodating. • Medical Staff were professional and knowledgeable. • Treatment was thorough and personalised. Follow up appointments were scheduled and positive.
Every time I have had to come to the Emergency department at the Mater, they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and understand! I will gladly pay any fee if I am continued to be treated with respect like they always have. Thank you to all the hospital staff!
My partner went into this hospital and got body lice from an unclean sheet going in to the scanning machine now I have exactly the same not very professional
