Alecia is incredible. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this team is. I've had AmFam insurance for many years. Mateo is a good agent and his staff are excellent. Recently I decided to change companies in an effort to save money. After doing research for several weeks I made my Decision and called to cancel. Claudia was excellent handling my request also letting me know I was a valued customer. Thank you Claudia!
Terrible.... the company and these brokers. My insurance increased 60 dollars a month and NO ONE can explain why. Ridiculous... on the phone for and hour at a time and agents can't figure it out. Such a hassle to find different company, thanks American family
