Mike was very quick to respond to our mouse infestation in April. He was both informed about the problem we were having and a soothing presence. He investigated all three levels of the house thoroughly. He followed up with us a couple months later as he had promised and we are confident the problem has been resolved. He is very easy to work with, fair priced, and resolved the problem. Would definitely use again if the need arises and would highly recommend this company!
