We used John Knox before and they were wonderful. This place was horrible. The physical therapist had no patience with my 92 year old mother. They did not take the time to do anything and I am sure charged Medicare. They have no business dealing with anyone or 75.
Love this company! Their best attribute has to be the friendly & comforting approach the administration has! Very impressed compared to most of the home agencies that have been around the metro for awhile.Would definitely recommend this company over others.
This agency is run by Gigi Mateo. A dishonest, manipulative individual who rarely keeps her word. Sure, she will do an interview but she will lie about what she pays and hold out on the health insuarance. She will force you to get private insuarance so her company will not have to cover. If you ever interview with this lady, just watch her eyes. Extremely shifty gaze and piles on the lies.
