Originally I had left an unpleasant review due to my experience with my doctor. I have thought about my comment written out of frustration for months and have realized maybe I should consider everything she is trying to do for me with what she has to work with. Maybe I wasn't being entirely fair about seeing things on a one-sided spectrum no matter how difficult things become, she can't help that, she can only use the tools that are presented to her. The level of disrespect from the reception and non linearity in ambiguities of lacks true Epistemological sense. I would never see this practice, I will be filing a formal complaint as well with my concerns.
At first, I thought we were taken care of, but then they kept canceling on my mom‘s appointment and then rescheduling two months after so after her mini stroke, within a year, we only saw the doctor once Dr. Casanova ….always trying to cancel our appointment like she don’t wanna see us …..I feel really disrespected when I showed up and take time from my work to bring my mom in and they happily said you were canceled and I had no clue canceled without talking to us…. Dr is very knowledgeable. Does not come off being empathetic. Visit reports are 5 words and unuseful to my other providers especially my PCP who wants to know about all my doctor visits. She is very dismissive of patient concerns. Staff very efficient.
