At first, I thought we were taken care of, but then they kept canceling on my mom‘s appointment and then rescheduling two months after so after her mini stroke, within a year, we only saw the doctor once Dr. Casanova ….always trying to cancel our appointment like she don’t wanna see us …..I feel really disrespected when I showed up and take time from my work to bring my mom in and they happily said you were canceled and I had no clue canceled without talking to us…. Dr is very knowledgeable. Does not come off being empathetic. Visit reports are 5 words and unuseful to my other providers especially my PCP who wants to know about all my doctor visits. She is very dismissive of patient concerns. Staff very efficient.

Knowledgeable and personable was Abel to relate to my needs. I would definitely recommend Dr Mateo.
Dr Mateo is very clear regarding the steps we need to follow. She is very caring and thorough.
