My girlfriend and I, along with the three kids, started here a few weeks ago. The instructors are beyond amazing....as well as the other students and parents. Their motivation, dedication, and caring, comes from their soul and their "way." Every class starts with a great warm up, and techniques are taught, learned, review, and tested. We have been attending multiple classes as a family; it has been the best training and sport i could have ever involved my children in. We have see ourselves grow in ways I did not think was possible. The Mateo Family gives thier all to train you and I hope we will continue to be blessed by thier commitment to thier students.
