our furnace broke and they had the part for it in 2days and even gave us a deal of $400 bucks for the part, we gave them a 100 bucks upfront but trying to call them and get ahold of them to pay the other $300 is proving to be difficult, we left mssg's on the phone 330 4067 so i guess they will get a hold of us when they want there money, but we have heat again which is good.
