Comme consommateur s'estimant comme plutôt averti, l'idée de dépenser des milliers de dollars dans un matelas et d'aboutir avec un produit qui n'a pas une valeur comparable me déplait au plus haut point. Après énormement de recherche, je suis venu ici et je n'ai pas été déçu. Le produit est clairement de qualité supérieur au marché. L'acceuil et le temps qu'on ma accordé pour répondre et choisir un matelas m'a également permis de faire un choix rassurant qui laissait peu de place à la remise en question. Merci encore.
