Wonderful service. We bought a new mattress at the Kirkland store for a delivery downtown. The sales lady was absolutely wonderful (sorry, can't recall her name!). Their delivery app was very well done. It kept us up-to-date on where the truck was, and showed up on time. I would definitely recommend them!
