Do not recommend very poor customer service. Received text message at 7 pm at night advising they will be attending at 7 am. I replied back advising NO, Not before 8:30 am. They turned up at my doorstep at 7:30. This is rude and highly inconsiderate of others. I have a severe disability with a chronic pain condition and that time is inappropriate., Especially considering I received a reply message back acknowledging that they won’t be there before 8:30.am

I’ve used MATE Plumbing and Gas for tap ware/ pipe maintenance inside and outside for above and inground drainage work.On each occasion the service has been prompt and reliable with good communication. First class work. Highly recommend.
