Move was good. The moving people (ground staff) were courteous, and handled move pretty well. Only reason for 3 star is one of the employees who was assigned as the point of contact for move (Stacy Pleadwell) was adamant to take call and wanted to work only on emails. I respect that but you have to be proficient if you opt for that route which he was lacking.
