8 months ago I decided I wanted to build a pickleball court. I searched all over the internet and happened to stumble upon Matchpoint of Long Island. I had so many questions. I called and left a message. Crystal the owner called me back within an hour all the way from Hawaii where she was vacationing. From that moment on I knew she was the right person for the job. Crystal and her team from beginning to end were professional , knowledgeable and responsive. Full resurfacing of my tennis court and transforming to multi use tennis and pickleball. Fantastic outcome from a great team. I highly recommend.
I searched for a company to do our project for a few months. Definitely did my research. Matchpoint was honest and up front with me about our options and offered us choices. In the end they made suggestions that would be the best outcome for us based on our budget. The communication was excellent. The customer service was superb. Pricing was more than fair. And the end result was gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier!
Critical: Professionalism, Quality This was a review that was posted several months ago but Matchpoint Tennis had it removed. I guess this is why almost all of their reviews are 5 star as they get the bad reviews removed. In response to your statements regarding my review: They are libelous and patently false.
