Therapists are great. Facility is great. Administrative staff is lacking. Finished a round of therapy for a knee replacement on 4/13/26. Admin was supposed to fax request to surgeon for further therapy. Surgeon did not receive request until 4/21/26. Surgeon faxed approval back on 4/24/26. Called facility they claimed they were waiting on the surgeon. Facility could not find paperwork and told me to call the surgeon to see if they had correct fax number. The staff are nice and helpful. The environment is clean and well kept. Awesome equipment. An array of programs at decent times. Happy I’ve joined.
Kind caring staff front desk lady is a little gruff but she does her job.
