It was an awesome experience working with Ruben. He is truly your advocate through the entire process. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my deal lasted 8 months because of the sellers and he was right there standing with me through it all. Best of all, he has a great attitude and is funny. I HIGHLY recommend him!
