He came to my house give me a quote and then we try to shuttle and he ghosted me
I had a really bad experience with this guy. He agreed to take down a tree in my yard that died a few day earlier after looking at it on Friday, I called on Saturday to schedule a day. He said Tuesday. I told him that would be great because I need it down before the hurricane comes in. I have to make a call to rearrange my schedule to be off or work and I'll call him back in ten minutes. So, I call back. No answer, call again a bit later, nothing. I figure he has signal issues and just text him that Tuesday is good. No respo... read more

Just had the craziest, most unprofessional experience with this guy. He came, looked at the tree, gave us a quote, and we asked him to come the following Tuesday. Then, out of the blue, he just ghosted us. All we wanted was to confirm he was coming, but we couldn’t get a response to a text or call. When my husband tried to call again, he BLOCKED my husband’s number. So we called from my phone, in case it was some kind of mistake.
