Terrible doctor. Makes mistakes that almost kills his patients. He put my grandma on DNR without her consent nor family members consent and did not talk to the patient or the family. Never consults any outside sources like specialists. Even messes up when sending prescriptions to the pharmacy.
My husband and I were with Dr Mata for about 6 years while in Kenosha. He was amazing. He truly cared about his patients. He explained everything very well, he always followed up with all our medical needs. If anything came up, his office made it easy and quick to get an appointment to see him. He’s the best…!

How in the world can the secretaries not tell clients in advance before their schedule appointment that you and your blood work done has moved to another location before you even get there? That is so unprofessional how do you not know who is going where and at what time? Literally ridiculous.
