Terrible doctor. Makes mistakes that almost kills his patients. He put my grandma on DNR without her consent nor family members consent and did not talk to the patient or the family. Never consults any outside sources like specialists. Even messes up when sending prescriptions to the pharmacy.
My husband and I were with Dr Mata for about 6 years while in Kenosha. He was amazing. He truly cared about his patients. He explained everything very well, he always followed up with all our medical needs. If anything came up, his office made it easy and quick to get an appointment to see him. He’s the best…!
