OH SO MANY OPTIONS! The service and quality were incredible! It took about 5 weeks for my bathroom tiles to be cut and delivered and I could not be happier! They are truly gorgeous!
Purchased some beautiful floor tile for a homeowner here. The person at the counter was super helpful. He placed the order for me to pick up in Anchorage easy peasy. I wish I had remembered his name great customer service.
Spent over 2 weeks, and a half dozen phone calls trying to track down sample tile pieces that ultimately weren't ordered - twice. I reached out to Mat Valley Tile & Stone in person to order a sample Stone Ledger piece from one of their suppliers in order to prepare for a fireplace remodel job. Jesse spent well over 3 hours with us helping pick out unique tile for each of our bathrooms and kitchen. He gave us his opinions as well as read our body language for what we were looking for in a design. His brain never stopped thinking of all the possibilities. I can't say enough good things about the way he continued to communicate with us making sure the tile setter had the correct quantity and colors of grout needed. Jesse is the go to guy in Anchorage for tile!
