Was treated well and promptly. LPN did test explaining procedure . PNA did excellent job explaining My condition and options ., Very satisfied with service
The gentleman who brought me back seemed unwell, I think he was an MA. He was shaking and dripping sweat. He also wanted to look in my ears and ended up losing a piece of the otoscope in my ear. I don’t think he knew what he was doing. He told me that my ears had wax and would likely need to be washed out by the doctor. It was a genuinely odd experience. The doctor helped me immediately, which I appreciated. No concerns about the doctor.
