Service and care was top notch. The facility not having access to a simple IV bag cost me an ambulance and hospital visit. I would think that an urgent care would at least have that available. Would still go and recommend if you don't need fluids.
I’m from Texas here on vacation. I stopped in for help with a joint swelling and pain from a pre-existing condition. The staff were friendly and professional. They had me in and out with the treatment I needed to continue my trip. Very impressive friendly service!
I have always had a good experience at Matsu R Urgent Care. This visit was for an ear check as I am very susceptible to ear infection even with a mild cold. Needless to say I was prescribed antibiotics and the visit was very thorough. I am thankful to have a well run skilled clinic so close to home!
