Yet again I had an awful experience. I just found out that they actively screen patients for their insurance coverage and even if the injury necessitates an MRI, they won't order it, but will instead order an x-ray that can't show any of the damage the ER doctor suspected me of having. This emergency room has some of the most jaded and least empathetic doctors to ever exist. Long wait time. I informed them that i am pregnant and after how i got hurt im surprised they didn’t bother to check for babys heart beat till 7 hours later and didn’t bother to do an ultrasound. Was an emergency so couldn’t get food before and asked for food around 1pm and didn’t get any just a few snacks around 6 pm just before getting discharged.
Excellent service 5 star experience!
