The Lady that put my IV in REALLY NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL.. I am 72y so I had many.. NEVER have I had 3 tries and bruised-and pain..even 4 days later..She didn't listen to my request-cause she knew better..!!!
From the time I entered the front desk of the ED, I was greeted with respect until I was discharged. I felt a genuine concern for my issues. The staff which included RNs, Physican, Imaging techs, and transporting tech were wonderful. There was no delay in diagnostic testing for labs, imaging and diagnosis. IV medication was started and monitored throughout my time in the ED. Excellent patient care.
