Totally unprofessional - does not return phone calls, emails, texts but can find the time to contact us when the next progress payment is due. This ‘simple’ build on Russell Island has been over a year and is still not complete - despite promises to the contrary. Do not under any circumstances use this builder he will take your money but he does not pay the deposits or services it is intended for .After 7 months we have nothing, he will not answer his phone, reply to emails. He said he builds 3 houses at a time, to date he has 12 but he doesn't seem to be building any of them he is just working with his concrete pump business.
