MAT management and customer service staff are just mean and very dishonest. I absolutely love my doctor Nicole she is so so helpful and has been absolutely wonderful I just wish I could access her services without going through MAT CARE CLINIC. The people surrounding her in the office are impossible to deal with. The recieptionist LUCIELE is a terrible person. Horrible. I recently lost my other provider because they don't take my insurance anymore. I ended up paying out of pocket for an appointment and in the meantime was trying to get set up somewhere that took my insurance for the following month. When I went to my appointment here to get set up, I didn’t know i would end up paying out of pocket until the other doctor called me. I let them know that I had that appointment over the phone and the nurse told me to still come in Wednesday acting like it was totally fine I did that. ... read more
Hello, I just wanted to stop by to review this Company. I had to switch providers for a 3rd time. My first 2 providers over my 10 year recovery has had to retire. I was absolutely horrified to change again. My previous 2 MAT Providers were able to handle my psychiatric medicine as well as my Subutex. Now, I have to see 3 different providers now for individual help from 3 areas. A. Mat for my Subutex/Buprenorphine treatment medication. B.
