The staff never picks up the phone when I’m trying to call to make an appointment. Even if I waited an hour or so later they never pick up. I mean I know they’re probably on breaks or something but when its hours later and I’m even calling them between the time frame of when they’re open, still nothing….. It’s just so ridiculous😐
Love this place
Extremely personable staff that treat you with respect. They truly listen as well. The nurse i have every month is the best! Love Dr. Alex as well. Always wants you successful.
