Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. I waited over a month for this appointment, but I felt that very little time was spent addressing my concerns. The doctor did not appear to have reviewed my chart beforehand, and I left feeling unheard, unseen, and without the help or guidance I had hoped to receive. I expected a more thorough and attentive visit, especially after waiting so long for the appointment.
I love Dr. Li! She answers questions and talks through scenarios to make you feel comfortable with her care. She’s also just personable and down to earth! I’d recommend her 100%!
