I’ve been in touch with your logistics team , and the way I was treated today was really disappointing. I was spoken to like a scammer, told to remove your number, and accused of selling your info—which I would never do. I’m a legitimate transportation vendor just trying to do business, and I don’t think hanging up on people is the right way to handle things. As a veteran, I take honesty and professionalism seriously. A simple "no thanks" would have been fine, but the way this was handled was just rude.
These guys are your go to when time to repower. Not only were they the best price on new Suzuki 300's, their service dept did an awesome job installing quickly as promised. I can't say enough good words about Mark and Brent. Both went out of their way to make me a Mastry customer for life. Evan in service made sure the boat was ready and even delivered it back himself.. These guys did alot of things that others don't do, like tweaking my steering, making sure the Suzuki's talked with the Furuno's and washing the boat before ... read more
Outstanding service and installation of repower Yamaha to Suzuki 150 on 21 Actioncraft , 5 day turnaround! Mastrys Clearwater operation was unbelievably clean and efficient. Well worth the drive from St Augustine. thank you
From working with Brent in sales to Mark in finance the process was seamless and customer service was top notch from these guys. Brent really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and getting the right engine. The techs in the shop even helped me load up the boat and get everything strapped down for the ride back down south. New Suzuki 300 is great. Can’t recommend them enough!
