Six years ago, I visited Doctor Mastrovich for an old implant that had been in my mouth for over 35 years. The implant had been causing me problems and occasional pain for a long time. Finally the implant screw broke six years ago, and my regular dentist informed me that it was impossible to fix and extremely difficult to remove. Dr. Mastrovich expertly removed my broken implant and most importantly determined what caused it to break and how to prevent it from happening again. We are so lucky to have a national expert right here in our region :)

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Mastrovich to remove a fractured implant. He was able to remove the fractured stud without damaging the socket. This is a tremendously important skill as it allows for a much simpler repair. Five stars, he was skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also great supporting staff.

I was referred to Dr. Mastrovich from TX for a broken implant so I went out to his office in Escondido, CA. He was able to get a broken screw out of the implant that several other dentists and prosthodontists were not - it was a great experience and I’m so grateful for him, Valerie, and Laurie.

Amazing experience. I went in for an implant rescue and was a bit nervous. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The office staff was professional and kind. Dr. Mastrovich retrieved the broken screw much quicker than expected. He is truly a master in his field.
