Amazing staff! Everyone was so patient and kind. I appreciated everyone there. This is coming from someone who has issues with dentists. I highly recommend.
I am truly thankful to have found Dr. Mastrovich. He was recommended to me by both my dentist and oral surgeon. Everything about my experience was top notch, white glove, and world class. It started with Valerie making me feel extremely comfortable when I first spoke to her, all the way leading up to my appointment. I had a very pleasant visit with Dr Mastrovich who quickly solved my Implant problem. For me it was simple and easy but he had to work with much of his tool supply. Also enjoyed his assistant Lori and his wife Valerie who were both very kind.
From the moment I walked in I knew that patient comfort was a priority for this amazing team. They kept me comfortable, and informed thru the entire process. Highlight may have been the warmed blanket. Gracious, compassionate, and brilliant. While I hope to never need another hardware recovery I would welcome being in Dr M, Lori, and Valerie’s care at any time.
Just wonderful, professional, years of experience and so kind. Did exactly what they said in the most complete way. I cannot recommend highly enough!
