Came out fixed my furnace but the same problem return 2 weeks later. I called him to come back. Gave me a 11-1pm window but showed up at 1:20pm and expected me to be there.
My heater broke down. Mark came out and charged almost $400 to fix it. The issue came back and now I'm a hard getting hold of him to come back. Gave me a window time of 11-1pm and showed up at 1:20pm and expected me to be home.
Great experience and workmanship also great people from the installers, sales person and owner!
