Hello I have lived in a great building for 25 years wonderful . My husband and enjoy it very much . Ron is a good and kind landlord. Haran the maintenance Man does a wonderful job . I miss it very very much .
Our experience renting with Mastrocola was excellent. The apartment we rented was considerably larger than others at the same price, with unlimited hot and cold water and exceptional plumbing. Heating is inexpensive (continuous use at 70°F). We had an excellent relationship with the landlord, who sends a repairman if needed at no extra charge. I'm a researcher who spent a year in Boston with my wife, working at MIT. The location allows us to get to Kendal MIT in 45 minutes or downtown in 35 minutes.
Worst place I ever lived landlord is vindictive and unhelpful they don't clean the property machines constantly broke unwillingness to help tenants

I’ve had a great experience renting and living here. I have been living here 10 months now and I find the management team is very responsive and addresses any concerns swiftly. The property is consistently well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the clean, pest-free environment—no rats or roaches, unlike my previous apartment in Malden ! It’s a relief to live in a place that prioritizes both upkeep and tenant communication. Highly recommend.
