Stay away from Mastro – Mastro should be avoided. They lied to me and they caused my myself and my family unnecessary inconvenience, cost and pain due to their sales and sales management dishonesty. If you want fair, open and honest treatment when you buy a new or used car stay away from Mastro!
continues to be a great experience. – I bought a used car from these guys a while back and the deal was decent and they included some services for a year. Nice people. They also give me a loaner car when I need it. I always get good service from them.
Internet purchase – I did a deal with Mastro over the internet on a new Subaru. Much faster than the usual driving around. Price was good, I worked with Dick, and we swapped emails and when I showed up, it was pretty much all done. First service was fine, oil change and checkup. It's a little farther to drive from my part of town, but I like to use the dealer while I am under warranty.
CAUTION – If you are thinking about buying a car from Mastro Subaru, and would like to here about my experience, contact me at 904-264-0843. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere; don't repeat my stupidity.
