Bought a "Glass Only" repair for my phone. I called ahead of time to ask about scheduling my "glass only" repair on my phone. He didn't ask for any details - just said come in. I drove 45 minutes (1 way) plus paid $7 in tolls to get there. When I arrive he looked at the phone and says "I can't replace the glass, you need an entire screen replacement - that will be $225 more than what you paid." What a joke. I lost 2 hours of my time, gas and tolls. Scam.
They had great service and were very professional. The repair was quick and was good quality.
They’re lying about price. Don’t trust them. Their store name is different than their advertising.
