False advertising! Stay away! They just lost me as a customer. I was a customer for 11 years & I had just bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness there. Every time I have brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback for service, they keep telling me the tires are at 4-5/32 tire tread, not requiring replacement under their old "tires for life" deal. It is obvious that the tires need replacement, but they keep refusing to change them. I rather walk away now & take my business elsewhere, instead of risking my kids' life driving... read more
