My daughters rear seat belt started tightening on her and got worse. I dad to break the wire to the seatbelt. I explained to Mastria Nissan what happened and the *** light is on. I bought the car brand new and is still in warranty! It's a safety violation and they refuse to fix it. I have also asked and signed paperwork to discontinue the other warranties. They said they will send it to the bank. Bank still hasn't received them. I call they don't return your calls. Stay away from them!

The very unaccountable and lazy, they messed everything up from the paperwork to the loan to the detailing to the sticker to fixing problems before the pick up the only thing they did correct was cash a 40k check that I wrote for them. Just recently looked at my online loan, I bought my truck for 48k all said and done and I should have had a loan out for 8k when I checked it was over 14k and they priced my truck to the loan company above 57k. They ripped me for over $10,000.Im 70 and was a third time customer. I just trusted them and they screwed me royally.. Beware...stay away from Mastria...anything.

I leased a car from Mastria Nissan 3 years ago. When I went to test drive a new car with 3 months left on the lease, they used overly aggressive sales tactics, keeping my wife and I there for over 2 hours, to have me sign a new lease while I had to continue paying off the old lease. I left thinking I only had a new lease but I was mistaken. All their financial games resulted in my owing both. I never would have signed for a new lease if I realized I had to pay off the old lease. I purchased a Nissan ***** in 2011 Brand New. Dealer gave me a letter stating NEW TIRES FOR THE LIFE OF MYCAR WITH OWNERSHIP. NOW THAT i REQUESTED MY NEW TIRES i AM BEING TOLD OF MUTIPLE EXCULSTIONS THAT ARE NEITHER IN MY CONTRACT OR ON MY LETTERHEAD LETTER. 5/28/18 my wife and I went to trade in our 14' and 15' for 2 18's. I spend 5 hrs to get where i would like to be. We get to the payment part and they said only 3k per car is allowed in credit (last time I got a car here there was no problem with using 5k in credit). So we sign and i expect to come back yesterday 5/29/18 with the other 4k in bank checks to find my cars rdy to go. The experience I've had with Mastria Nissan in Raynham is the worst experience I've ever had with buying a vehicle. I purchased a "certified pre-owned" vehicle this past January 2018 and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle, and had numerous customer service issues from the sales team during the purchase. Pleasant to deal with. Larger selection than several dealers of same brand. Will bring vehicle to you, convenient!
