There service dept is awful. They push you away on warranty work. Don't buy a vehicle here
Wouldn't recommend Mastria to my worst enemy. They are liars and the sales manager is an embarrassment to the company. When I went to get my car inspected I found out they lied to my face, once I confronted it about it they said it was too late I couldn't return my vehicle.
Surprised to read so many negative reviews. I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Mastria. I dealt with Michael Davey and a gentleman named Paul. I received top notch service and they made the buying process quick and easy. Love the new truck. The service department has treated me well on all my prior vehicles so hopefully I won't need them for awhile but if I do I have plenty of confidence in them.
I wish I could give zero stars. So disappointed. I have been a very loyal Mastria customer for 15 years. They have lost my business after my last service visit. They like to take advantage of their customers and do not give them information that could save them money, only cost them more so their department makes money.
Mario was awesome. Very accommodating during the process. The business manager and general manager were also very nice and incredibly helpful! Highly recommended! I will be back to do future business.
The worst service ever, I will never go back to you guys. And Nadine the operator is very rude I have been hung up on several times. After calling due to being stuck on the side of the road with my young children. I WILL NEVER GO TO YOU GUYS AGAIN....
Great experience with these guys..Chris Murray was awesome and honest..hard to come by when it comes to dealers..will defenitly be back
