Small addition-BIG HEADACHES-Do not hire Nick Mastracchio is very sloppy and unprofessional. Top of form was 5/8” out of level requiring shimming. J bolts in wrong position and height- he decided plate would be 2x8-not 2x6 as specified from architect. None of the walls were not squared to house-one wall 5/8” off-one 2” tapering to ½”. Who pours an interior wall and tells you to frame in the center, not to the edge? “Forgot” to form for doorway and had to cut cured concrete for doorway.
