PLEASE DO NOT order from MASTOUR. I am interior designer and have never been treated so poorly by a vendor. The rug I ordered is 3 months late and George has not once reached out to me to give me an update, I have had to reach out to him every time. When I did receive a photo of progress, the design was inaccurate and, apparently, it is now my fault that they had to correct their mistakes. I am not sure I ever received such low quality customer service from anyone and felt so disrespected by anyone I tried giving business to. When I called to find out some information about a particular rug, I was extremely polite with the gentleman on the phone. I needed to verify a color because photos showed one color but description had a different one. I believe the man’s name was George on the phone. I receintly purchased a rug from Mastour galleries. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery and installation were excellent. They are very accommodating, hence it was a pleasure working with them.
