I am not sure I ever received such low quality customer service from anyone and felt so disrespected by anyone I tried giving business to. When I called to find out some information about a particular rug, I was extremely polite with the gentleman on the phone. I needed to verify a color because photos showed one color but description had a different one. I believe the man’s name was George on the phone. I receintly purchased a rug from Mastour galleries. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery and installation were excellent. They are very accommodating, hence it was a pleasure working with them.

About six months later, the store demanded the full balance—plus an extra $750 not in the original price—before allowing any inspection.
