I am not sure I ever received such low quality customer service from anyone and felt so disrespected by anyone I tried giving business to. When I called to find out some information about a particular rug, I was extremely polite with the gentleman on the phone. I receintly purchased a rug from Mastour galleries. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery and installation were excellent. They are very accommodating, hence it was a pleasure working with them.

Awesome rugs. The team came out to our apartment with tons of samples to help us pick the best match for our decor. Did a custom order and turned out beautiful.

About six months later, the store demanded the full balance—plus an extra $750 not in the original price—before allowing any inspection. I ordered the most beautiful rug from George Mastour. The rug is white and has a taupe, vine pattern loomed into the rug. What is truly unique is that the pattern was customized to fit the size rug I needed. I've never seen a more beautiful rug and it is the showpiece of my living room. George was such a pleasure to work with and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I look forward to purchasing the next rug although the Mastour inventory is so vast and beautiful it is very hard to pick your favorite.
