Awesome rugs. The team came out to our apartment with tons of samples to help us pick the best match for our decor. Did a custom order and turned out beautiful.

I ordered the most beautiful rug from George Mastour. The rug is white and has a taupe, vine pattern loomed into the rug. What is truly unique is that the pattern was customized to fit the size rug I needed. I've never seen a more beautiful rug and it is the showpiece of my living room. George was such a pleasure to work with and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I look forward to purchasing the next rug although the Mastour inventory is so vast and beautiful it is very hard to pick your favorite.
WARNING!!!!! I have been in retail business for a very long time and I have never experienced anything like this. I was 100% sure that this was a scam. I am sorry but if you receive an email that reads "I need place order" - THATS IT! That's all the email said, you too would wonder if you are being scammed. Joesph Mastour and his company are exceptional. His rugs are absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is top notch. We originally ordered two rugs that when delivered looked too small in the rooms - so he took them back and replaced them with a perfect fit. He came all the way from NYC to Westchester with his team to make sure the rugs were placed correctly. We are extremely happy and we highly recommend Mastour galleries.
