UPDATE MAY 2026: Had another great experience with Shane! I messed up trying to change the jewelry in my helix piercings, and he fixed them and installed the jewelry quickly and easily. Could have been a disaster (and expensive), but Shane saved the day. Then he walked me through my septum piercing with minimal pain, painstaking professionalism, and a lot of humor.
