The owner I believe is honest, but his son is very unprofessional. I had an appointment to have an alternator replaced. I paid to have it towed in and was berated by the owner's son that they should not of taken the job due to the amount of labor it required, all of which I did not complain about or dispute. I offered a suggestion that might minimize the amount of labor it would take while stating it was ok to still charge me what the book states. The son angrily stated to me" I'm a master mechanic, I don't need your help!" ... read more
My first time there. Denise helped me out and had me on the road in a short time. Great place
Always wonderful and honest service. My dad has been coming here for years and I have followed suit. We all know how challenging it is to find an honest body shop. I've had my experiences of trying another place out of convenience or a quick recommendation, only to regret the choice. You can trust these guys.
Had the car towed in 8 AM. Car fixed by Noon! Doesn't get any better than that!
