Horrible service. I'm a homeowner and the service is deplorable. You think you go horseback riding for fun, but leave with a bad feeling. They really need to get people that enjoy animals and people.
The owner is extremely rude and all the advertisement for hours and services is fake and a lie. There is no petting zoo, not kid friendly, and as we walked up the owner closed the gate on us when according to the flyer they should have been open. Don’t waste time trying to schedule a trail ride, overall horrible. I’m concerned even if the animals are being taken care of knowing how inhumane she treated us. Overall really rude and I would recommend to not waste your time.
We are visiting the community for the weekend renting an Airbnb. On the website they mention that the petting zoo is great for kids and that there are daily pony rides. Further it mentions that PRIVATE TRAIL rides require a reservation. It was not clear that to ride a pony you needed a reservation. My wife and I arrived with our 2 year old son and we were told that we didn't have a reservation and my son couldn't even do one lap on the pony, requiring only a few minutes of their time to make a little boy's day. Had such a wonderful experience at the stables today I called yesterday and lots of voicemail and they returned my call immediately telling me their availability for the next day! Had an awesome coach and chet (my ride was also amazing) thank you
